Kendrick Lamar is crowned again, this time on a new song. The West Coast rapper brings the funk on “King Kunta” off his upcoming album To Pimp a Butterfly. The track, which Rolling Stone compared to the theme song to a ’70s blaxploitation flick, features a funky instrumental and some unapologetic bars from K-Dot.
“I was gonna kill a couple rappers, but they did it to themselves. Everybody suicidal, didn’t even need my help.” — Kendrick Lamar, "King Kunta"
