August Alsina dropped his album ‘This Thing Called Life’ and dropped a video for "Song Cry" which shows his pain which can't be fixed by fame and that includes his brother's death. He also says he doesn’t even speak with his mother anymore, because of their loss, and that his family has become divided.
In October 2015, August released a trailer for “Song Cry,” subtitled “This Thing Called Life”.
