Yamaha HS 8

Nowadays everybody wants to make their own studio, instead of going and paying to somebody they don't even know. But here is the thing, ordinary people think that they only require a studio mic, audio interface and a set of headphones, which is true. But then again if they want an extrordinary sound they need Studio Monitors.

Finally, I have my first studio monitors! My choice was a pair of Yamaha HS8 speakers. They need space, in every aspect. Firstable, they are huge. This is not a problem of course, but if somebody can not estimate from the pictures, I can tell they are big for a normal table.
Clean power full sound with no frequency to loud, dispite that, you don't need a subwoofer.

One of my friends that also has Yamaha HS8 told me:

"I cannot believe how well mixes on these speakers translate on to other systems. You have to work hard with them, but after two hours doing my first mix, on a song with about 50 separate tracks, the results were absolutely awesome. I had roughly mixed the track in pro quality headphones, and lived with it for a while, but the mix on these was light years ahead.
They are slightly scooped in the mids - which only makes you fatten up your mix even more. They are slightly harsh on the very high end - which is good for me because it forced me to tame my highs a bit - resulting in a much more professional sounding song."

I can't stop talking about them and I must say these are wonderful. The sound is spectacular. Once you get them on the sweet spot they thomann are nice and analytical. Of the things I've owned and listened before these are the champion. They bring out the good and the bad in a recording, thus making them a go to tool for mixing.

On top of being a good fit for music making I really enjoy listening to music with these too. Not that you ever should blast monitors real loud, these ones would really be able to make some noise.
These speakers are very good value for your money and will please the most demanding of any studio user.
