50 Cent – ‘9 Shots’

50 Cent is back. The hip-hop veteran dropped “9 Shots”, the first release from his long-awaited album Street King Immortal. Over the Frank Dukes-produced beat, in this song he reflects on the pain in his life including the time he was struck by nine bullets in a 2000 shooting, his drug-dealing past, and break up with his high school sweetheart (“Love didn’t last long”).

The G-Funk pioneer reps the west as only he knows best in the video for his Nate Dogg-assisted banger “My House.” He cruises through the streets of Venice Beach, Hollywood, and the LBC in the feel-good clip.
